• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve your date and hold your space.
• The remaining balance is due the day of your event
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details on file.
• Add-ons and last-minute changes can be paid at the time they're added, also via Stripe.
• A confirmation and receipt are emailed automatically after each payment.

Plans change! Here's how we handle it: the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking within 6 months. Otherwise, all final charges are calculated and sent for payment on the day.

Rescheduling is available at no extra cost with at least 7 days' notice, subject to date availability.

If Stomping Grounds needs to cancel for any reason, or in the case of an "Act of God", your deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded or credited, your choice.

We provide onsite catering via Wild Beets (see catering menu here), but you’re welcome to bring in your own desserts. For events larger than 50 people, please contact us to discuss outside catering options.
